Butter and garlic are a match made in heaven. It takes under a half-hour to prep this hearty Garlic Butter Salmon dish.

Here’s what you need:
– 4 Westnfresh salmon fillets
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1/3 cup lemon juice
– 1/2 cup melted butter
– 2 & 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1/4 tsp salt

– Preheat oven to 200°C
– Rub the fillet with minced garlic and olive oil
– Combine lemon juice, and butter, and pour over salmon on baking tray
– Sprinkle salt and black pepper and roast for 10 minutes, then broil for another 2 minutes and serve piping hot
